The basis for our colored sodium sulphate speckles is a special sodium sulphate (90-95%), completed with some soda, silica, CMC and 0.01-0.02% colorant. The colorants are approved in food contact applications such as dish washing tabs.
The blue colorant is strong enough to only require 0.01% addition in the sodium sulphate. Green comes in second with 0.01-0.02%. The other speckles contain 0.02% colorant.
